MINI TELESERVICES.
Do you know when it’s time for your next service, check-up or oil change? With Teleservices, your MINI knows exactly when the next inspection is due. If maintenance is required, or in the event of a defect, it will provide you and your preferred Service Partner with all the relevant information. Even before your MINI Service Partner contacts you to make an appointment, they’ll already know the condition of your vehicle, so they can order spare parts and are fully prepared to tend to your vehicle's individual requirements. This also helps shorten waiting times.
The system also recognises in good time the need to make unscheduled service appointments, such as for worn brake pads – and forwards the necessary information so that the corresponding deficiencies can be quickly rectified. You don't have to worry about anything, and your MINI stays in pristine condition. Should you have an unexpected breakdown, MINI Roadside Assistance is there to support you and ensure that you’ll be back on the road again as quickly as possible.

MINI TELESERVICE CALL.
When maintenance is needed or in case of a malfunction, Teleservice Call provides you and your preferred Service Partner with all relevant information. Even before your MINI Service Partner contacts you to make an appointment, he or she already knows the condition of your vehicle, can order spare parts and is perfectly prepared to meet the individual requirements of your vehicle. This also shortens the wait time during the appointment.
The system also identifies the need for unscheduled maintenance work at an early stage, for instance worn brakes. The necessary information is shared so that any such deficiencies can be put right in a timely fashion. You don't have to worry about anything anymore and your MINI stays in perfect condition.
To contact you and prepare an appointment, your assigned Service Partner can trigger and call up the current Teleservice Call data of your vehicle and send messages, e.g. reminder of an appointment, to your vehicle.
SERVICE PARTNER MANAGEMENT.
Via the Service Partner Management you can define a preferred Service Partner who receives the Teleservice calls from your vehicle. You can check and change the currently assigned Service Partner at any time in the vehicle menu or the MINI App. In order to ensure Teleservices are provided, MINI can also correct missing or obviously incorrect Service Partner assignments.
MINI ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.
In the event of a breakdown, we will help you in the best possible way: you can contact MINI Roadside Assistance directly from the vehicle by selecting MINI Assistance in the MINI Connected menu. Immediately, all relevant data about the vehicle's condition and your current position are transmitted to the Mobile Service and a voice connection is established. The specialists will either solve small faults remotely or come out in person.
From the vehicles with the latest generation of MINI Connected the needed data can be requested and after your confirmation fetched remotely. Thus, the Roadside Assistance Call center agent can be supplied with vehicle data also in case you started a plain phone call. Alternatively you can start the roadside assistance process from your MINI App. Also in this case the assistance hotline will get all the necessary information to provide you the best possible support.
